8. Psychic Reading Service
By purchasing a psychic reading through Elara Star Psychic Reading website – psychicreading.biz, you agree that you are aware that you are confirming that you are Eighteen (18) years of age or older and that you accept Elara Star Psychic Reading Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
You understand and accept that the accuracy of the content of any psychic reading that you receive by using any of the Psychic Reading By Email services at Elara Star Psychic Reading is not guaranteed and is subject to your own interpretation. You understand and agree that a psychic reading MUST be accepted on an ‘AS IS’ basis as you are aware that you must accept the insights as they are, rather than as you would like them to be. Furthermore, you are aware that if you require further insight, you MUST purchase another reading. You understand and agree that at all times, you are solely responsible for your actions and the choices that you make in your life and you agree that you WILL NOT purchase a Psychic Reading with the intention of being reliant upon the information delivered in the psychic reading that you receive. You understand and agree that you MUST always use your own initiative and rely upon your own personal judgement under any circumstances or in any situation that arises in your life.
– 8.1. Psychic Reading By Email Service
A Psychic Reading by email is delivered to the email address that you provide on the psychic reading request form that must be completed prior to making payment. It is recommended that you produce a printed copy of your psychic reading for your future reference, as Elara Star Psychic Reading does not store copies of psychic readings indefinitely on the system and therefore, provides no guarantee that a copy of a psychic reading can be produced if you request it.
Elara Star Psychic Reading endeavours to deliver a psychic reading by email within the response time stated for any particular psychic reading on site, however, the response time stated is not guaranteed as on occasions an increase in the demand for psychic readings or other service can cause a backlog, and therefore a delay becomes unavoidable. By purchasing a psychic reading, you agree and accept that the service may occasionally be subject to delays and you fully accept that you may have to wait longer than the response time shown for your psychic reading.

The accuracy of the content of a psychic reading is not guaranteed and is subject to your own interpretation – please refer to our Psychic Reading FAQS for more information.
9. Dream Interpretation Service
When you purchase a dream interpretation, it will be delivered to the email address that you provide on the request form that is completed prior to making payment. It is recommended that you print a copy of your dream interpretation as soon as you have receive it.
Our aim is to deliver your dream interpretation within the response time stated on site, however, the response time is not guaranteed as on occasions an increase in the demand for the dream interpretation service can cause a backlog, and therefore a delay becomes unavoidable. By using this service, you accept that you may have to wait longer than the response time shown to receive your Dream Interpretation.
10. Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe. Whether you choose PayPal or Stripe to make your purchase, the payment transaction is a binding agreement between You and Elara Star Psychic Reading (psychicreading.biz). Both PayPal and Stripe provide a secure online payment processing service and is solely responsible for the security and privacy of your personal credit / debit card details. Your credit / debit card details are not shared with any third parties, including us. Any payment related issues or disputes should be referred to either PayPal or Stripe for resolution.
11. Prices
All prices that are displayed on the website, psychicreading.biz are as stated and are subject to change without any given notice. VAT is not applicable as we are currently not eligible to be VAT registered.
12. Refunds
In accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, a psychic reading by email is an electronic transmission and is non-returnable. An automatic right for a refund does not exist, however, under exceptional circumstances, a refund may be issued our discretion.
13. Distance Selling Regulations – Cancellations
Due to the nature of a psychic reading, your purchase is deemed as non-returnable. An email psychic reading is an electronic transmission, and in accordance with Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, your consumer right of cancellation will cease to exist from the time of purchase of a Psychic Reading.
14. Right Of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services permanently or temporarily, with or without reason, at any time.
We may refuse or withdraw services with or without providing a reason to you, under the following circumstances:-
i) A connection cannot be established to produce a psychic reading for you.
ii) You appear to develop an unhealthy obsessive addiction to psychic readings
iii) You appear to act in either a disrespectful, harassing, abusive and/or threatening manner.
iv) Suspected or proven fraudulent usage of our payment processing system.
15. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the service you receive and wish to make a complaint, you must send your complaint by email to admin@psychicreading.biz
16. Technical
We shall not be held responsible or be liable for any technical interference or errors, computer viruses, system downtime, crashes or loss in the event of a natural disaster or causes. We reserve the right at any time to modify, suspend or discontinue any or all services with or without prior notice. Furthermore, we shall not be liable to Clients or any other third party for the effects that any modification, suspension or discontinuance of service may cause.
17. Disclaimer

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT A PSYCHIC READING IS DELIVERED TO YOU IN THE BELIEF THAT YOU ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND THAT YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY OF ELARA STAR PSYCHIC READING PRIOR TO PURCHASE. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE ACCURACY OF THE CONTENT OF A PSYCHIC READING IS NOT GUARANTEED, AND IS SUBJECT TO YOUR OWN INTERPRETATION. YOU AGREE THAT ELARA STAR PSYCHIC READING SHALL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, FOR ANY GRIEVANCES CLAIMED TO BE THE RESULT OF THE CONTENT OF A PSYCHIC READING OR ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDED AT ELARA STAR PSYCHIC READING.

18. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and any legal action in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
