General Enquiries

If you have a general enquiry, you can use the form to contact us.

After Purchase Enquiry

You do not need to contact us to check that we have received your booking form and payment. If you have received a PayPal receipt for your purchase, please rest-assured that we have received your order and will send your reading to your email address within the response time.

Order Not Received

If you haven’t received your order and the response time has passed without any contact from us, you can use this form to contact us but before you do, please read on first.

The most common cause of a delay is an email reading being returned undelivered because of an issue with an email client. When this happens, there is often no other way to contact you, so when you get in touch please be sure to provide an ALTERNATIVE email address to the one you used at the time of placing your order. Your reading can then be sent to the alternative email.

Before contacting us please check your spam folder (your reading may have gone there instead of your inbox). Also, ensure that your email account is receiving email. If your email account has exceeded it’s space quota limit then you won’t be receiving emails (this is a cause for email readings being returned undelivered)
